Job Description:

Qualification:
•	BTech, MTech, or PhD in Computer Science or related technical discipline, preferably from premier engineering colleges like IIT, IIIT, NIT, BITS, etc.

Responsibilities:
•	Technical Leadership:
Lead a small team of software development engineers, providing guidance on requirements, architecture/design, best coding practices, and software artifact reviews.

•	Development:
Write modular, scalable, maintainable, and unit-tested code for high-impact applications.

•	Architecture & Design:
Architect or design applications and large features in large-scale systems from scratch.

•	Problem Solving:
Solve complex and interesting problems with a strong focus on design principles and patterns.

•	Agile Environment:
Work in a fast-paced, agile, and dynamic environment with immediate business impact.

Must-Have Skills:
•	6-10 years of relevant industry experience.
•	Proven experience in architecting or designing applications and large-scale features.
•	Strong technical leadership with the ability to guide a team of motivated engineers.
•	In-depth understanding of design principles and patterns.
•	Experience with Linux OS.
•	Startup-like mindset with high levels of ownership and commitment.
