Job Description:

We are seeking a pleasant and professional Front Desk Representative to manage all receptionist and clerical duties at our main entrance. As the “face” of the company for all visitors, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly, approachable demeanor, while also being perceptive and disciplined. The ability to handle complaints and provide accurate information is crucial. A customer-focused approach is essential to ensure guests and visitors feel valued.

Responsibilities:
•	Keep the front desk tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies (pens, forms, paper, etc.).
•	Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
•	Answer questions and address any complaints professionally.
•	Handle all incoming calls, redirecting or taking messages as needed.
•	Receive and distribute letters, packages, and other deliveries.
•	Prepare outgoing mail, including drafting correspondence and securing parcels.
•	Check, sort, and forward emails efficiently.
•	Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
